Max & Alex outsources its storage, logistics and order processing to NXT eCommerce Solutions Europe BV, an international e-commerce enabler specialized in activating the online sales of FMCG brands and products.

Standard shipping with PostNL (TNT)

We always ship your order in a package with a track & trace code. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. From that moment you can track the package.

When a ‘final’ delivery date is communicated, we will do everything we can to send your package as soon as possible. Do you want to be sure of a specific delivery day? Then you can choose a specific date in the future yourself. PostNL delivers 99% of the packages at the requested time.

Not at home?

PostNL offers the package 1 time at the address indicated by you. Are you not at home when the package will be delivered? Then the delivery person will check whether your neighbors want to accept the package and the delivery person will leave a note with the address where your package has been delivered. If your neighbors are also not at home either, your package will be taken to a PostNL collection point. On the note that the delivery person leaves you will find the address where you can pick up the package. You have 7 days to pick up your package at the PostNL collection point. After these 7 days, the package will be returned to Max & Alex.

Parcel collection point in the Netherlands

You can choose from more than 3,300 retail locations that are often also open on Saturdays and in the evenings. You choose where and at what time you pick up your order. The nearest Parcel collection points will be shown based on your zip code. You have 7 days to pick up your package at the parcel point. After these 7 days, the package will be returned to Max & Alex.

Delivery guarantee

We guarantee the quality of your order. If your order is unexpectedly damaged, incomplete or incorrectly delivered, we ask you to return it as soon as possible (within two weeks) after you have noticed the defect. As soon as we have received the product, you will receive the purchase amount back. And you can place a new order. If your product is damaged or incomplete caused by yourself, you cannot hold us responsible for this. We do not take the order back and do not pay shipping costs.

Return policy

The order can be returned within 14 days without giving any reason. If you want to make use of the right of withdrawal, the order will be returned with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and original packaging. We will then refund the purchase amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. You pay the shipping costs yourself.
